Are the suppliers real?
Yes. Our AI searches for suppliers in real time on the web — not from an outdated database. Each result includes name, location, website (when available), minimum order quantity (MOQ), and estimated response time.
Are they on Alibaba too?
Some are, but Dendriel doesn't rely only on Alibaba. The AI searches multiple sources: manufacturer directories, trade associations, factory websites, and more. The value is in the analysis and verification, not just finding a name.
What's included in the payment?
There are 3 plans: Basic ($9.99 USD) includes 4 verified suppliers with contact details. Pro ($19.99 USD) adds a professional contact email in English ready to send, plus 3 negotiation guides. Monthly ($29.99 USD/month) gives up to 15 searches per day with the full Pro plan included — cancel anytime. Basic and Pro are one-time payments, no subscription.
Can I get a refund?
If the results don't match what you searched for, we'll redo the search at no extra cost. If you'd prefer a refund, email us at hello@dendriel.com within 48 hours of purchase and we'll take care of it.
Is the contact email customized?
Yes. Our AI generates the email based on the specific product you searched. It's not a generic template — it reads like it was written by a professional importer.
What language are the results in?
The contact email is always in English (the standard language for international trade with China). Supplier descriptions are in English. PDF guides are available in both Spanish and English.
How long does a search take?
Between 15 and 40 seconds, depending on the product. The AI searches the web in real time, which is why it takes a bit longer than a regular search.
Can I run multiple searches?
Yes. With Basic and Pro, each search is a separate one-time payment — you can search as many products as you like. With the Monthly plan, you get up to 15 searches per day for a fixed monthly price.
Are my previous searches saved?
Yes. If you paid for a search, you can revisit it from the link we sent by email. We also save a quick-access link in your browser so you can return without searching again.
What if the search fails?
In case of a technical error, you can retry the search at no cost. If the problem persists, contact us at hello@dendriel.com and we'll help.
